sweet, delicious organic rainbow chard smoothie

It may have chard in it, but damn it's good
Serves: 1
  • 3 leaves of organic rainbow chard
  • 1 banana
  • lots of pineapple
  • ΒΌ cup water
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  1. Start by blending the banana and water with the chard.
  2. Add in a few chunks of pineapple, blend.
  3. Add in frozen strawberries and blend.
  4. Finally, add a bit more pineapple.
  5. Blend until totally smooth and enjoy!
