October walks that fine line between summer and fall–it’s cold enough to wear sweaters, but not winter jackets. To go for a run outside, without the added 5 layers and headband. To walk to the grocery store, without battling a blizzard. Gah! I just love it.
I even attempted to bake some healthy pumpkin cupcakes to share with you all today, BUT I failed in that valiant effort. So TBD on that recipe. Hopefully it will shape up so I can post about it in a few weeks.
In the meantime, I hope you don’t mind, but I’d love to share my (wishful) plans for October! And please feel free to add your “to dos” in the comments below!
